Riyadh, May 31, 2023, SPA --The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The report said the moderate and torrential thundershowers, accompanied by active winds will be forecasted to fall in some parts of Narjan, Jazan, Asir, Baha, and Makkah regions, reducing the horizontal sight and the fog will be seen on the heights of these regions.
The report added that the sky will be partly cloudy, with thunderstorms, preceded by active dusty winds on some parts of Madinah, Northern Borders, Hail, Eastern, Qassim, and Riyadh regions, reducing the horizontal sight.
The report showed that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 15-30km/h on the northern part and southwesterly to northwesterly on the southern and central parts at a speed of 15-35km/h, reaching more than 45km/h, with thunderstorms, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf will be northerly to northwesterly at a speed of 15-45mk/h on the northern and central parts and southwesterly to westerly on the southern part at a speed of 10-30km/h.
